Included reports
Quick Look is free. Anonymous users can complete one free Full Research report. Eligible verified email accounts receive a one-time complimentary allowance, shown in their account. Complimentary credits do not expire and have no cash value.
A report credit is used only for a completed result
One credit is used when a completed, independently reviewed Full Research report is saved.
- Failed, cancelled, timed-out, or incomplete-review research does not permanently consume a credit. A temporary reservation is released or expires.
- Reopening a saved report does not use a credit.
- Complimentary reports cannot be refunded in money.
Purchases made on artmax.art through Stripe
Web report purchases are one-time payments, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The price is shown before web payment. Purchased credits do not expire. Starting a checkout does not itself charge you; a completed payment is separate from running research.
7-day money-back promise for web purchases
If ArtMax is not for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment on artmax.art through Stripe and we will refund that payment in full. This promise covers that first web payment only. It does not apply to complimentary reports.
Web billing problems and refund requests
If a web charge is wrong, duplicated, or unexpected, contact us. Email Jonathan@artmax.art from the address on your account. Approved web refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe.
